Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an item, we are happy to accept returns with 14 days of your online purchase.
Please note sale items are non returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must;
be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
be in the original packaging with all labels attached.
be unwashed.
have no make up, fake tan or other marks.

Due to hygiene reasons some products are exempt for return, such as jewellery and body suits.

Your receipt or proof or purchase is required to enable us to process your return. Please return the item(s) in the original packaging, using the return form issued with your delivery. We recommend you send items tracked or recorded and return postage costs are payable by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
For approved returns, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow time for your bank/card provider to process your refund.
